The Production Plant possesses in its resources the independent Gauge and Standards Room which works on the modern equipment used to control and supervision inside and outside of the company.

The elements made can be measured by the measuring machine which has the measuring space 600x900x500mm and the accuracy VDI (U3): 0,0035 + 0,004L/1000mm and the video measuring microscope with processing of the picture. The inter-operational and final measurements are carried out by means of the universal slide calipers and micrometers and the appropriate patterns.

The Gauge and Standards Room (the measuring laboratory) allows to extend the scope of the company.s activity. The laboratory is equipped with the co-ordinate machine 'Aberlink Axiom' too, the 'Garant' measuring microscope with measuring computer and any universal and specialised measuring instruments. The appropriate equipment, experience and authorisations make the company able to provide the measuring services for external customers, for which the calibrating services of the universal measuring instruments are also offered.

Coming out towards our customers. rising requirements and the market needs, the Gauge and Standards Room gradually implements the statistic control instruments for the control of the production process and qualifications of the SPC and MSA measuring devices.
