To achieve a final, high quality product, on time and attractive for a customer, the Production Plant executes a wide range of machining processes using the numerically controlled turning lathe and milling centres, conventional lathes, milling in the DMF milling centre in the three axes control system (the fourth axis optional) and grinding drills. The semi-finished elements for machining are prepared in accordance with the flame cutting technology or shaft or sleeve cutting on the band-saws. The carbon, stainless and acid resistant steels can be cut by means of this technology.

The band-saws enable cutting shafts (as well as another details) up
to diameter size 440 mm.
The CNC 'Jantar' 2 gas cutting machines made by Eckert company enable the effective size of table-machining with sizes 3 x 6m with a possibility to extend up to the length 12 m which give the possibility to cut the black plates up to the thickness of 100mm.
The stainless materials, plasma cut by the Hypertherm 260 cutting centre gives the possibility to cut the stainless sheet plates up to the thickness of even 30-40mm.
The lathe centres with the driven instrumental heads enable the machining and drilling from one clamping of the elements with the diameters up to 560mm.
The CTV-250 vertical machining centre is a very high quality production machine which enables to make mid-series batches of elements with a fast way.
The DMF-220 milling machine controlled in the three axes (the fourth axis optional) enables to mill and drill the 200mm long and 560m thick elements. It also gives the possibility to divide the work table into two working areas, where two different elements can be made in accordance with two various programmes. The wide range of instrumentation enables to fix machined elements in an economic and safe way, what gives the possibility to use the 36kW spindle and - at the same way, keeping the high machining parameters.
The conventional machines enables to make the single elements with the diameters up to 800mm. The automated production makes manufacturing of the middle and big series in a short time and employees. experience and potential allow to change tools on machines in a fast way and at the same time the appropriate reaction to the customer's needs.
These days the company is developing the potential towards the milling on the vertical numerical centres and investing in the highly specialised Gauge and Standards Room.
The technological system gives the ability to serve the entire orders in accordance with the orderer.s and own documentation. Drawings, designs and production plans are carried out basing on AutoCad, BRICSCAD, SolidWorks, Martercam and Robex-Gantt programs.
The stock of machines assures keeping the high tolerances of the products and to achieve the high qualities of the surfaces and practically the full operating repeatability, even for very complicated shapes. The CNC machining centres give the possibility to machine the elements with the diameters up to 560mm and lengths of 600mm and the weight up to 50kg, whereas the milling centre makes possible processing the elements with the lengths of 2200mm and the width of 560mm. The stock of machines enables to process the elements machined in the class of precision IT6 and the elements milled in the class IT10 with dimensions mentioned above.
