The company is specialised in the complex outfitting of the ships. spare parts and equipment designated for major, year and dock repairs of ships carried out in repair shipyards or by a ship crew. The company supplies parts not only for mechanical equipment (e.g. engine rooms) but also for the deck, navigation, electrical and electronic equipment. The company has a great experience in deliveries built in Poland, Yugoslavia, Finland and another European countries. The good relationships with the manufacturers of the ships. equipment and mechanisms able the company to fulfil all the tasks assigned by the contracting parties. The company co-operates with the Ship's Design office and has taken part in the various projects for reconstruction or modernisation of fleet.

The goods supplied by the company are original and accordant to the customers wishes. They have the required certificates of well known Classification Societies: Lloyd Register of Shipping,Germanisher Lloyd, Det Norske Veritas, Buero Veritas, MRS, PRS and others, depending on which supervision a given shall be made. They also have the quality certificates issued by the manufacturers or own supervision of deliveries.

The company also deals with the repairs, reconstructions and other sorts of modernisations of the ships and the ships. equipment. There were carried out reconstructions of the engine room of a large passenger-car ferry including replacement of two main B&W engines into 6ZA40S Sulzer engines together with the foundations and the entire infrastructure (coolers, pumps, pipelines, tanks, separators, control-measurement system and remote control of the engines. The entire modernisation work was carried out within 30 working days.
Another consequent success was carrying out the major repair of the engine room and the deck crane with the hoisting capacity 50 ton of the B98 'Ramiz Hajiyev' ship in the repair yard of the KMNF Azerbaijan Shipowner. The scope of work included the repair or replacement of the all the mechanisms of the engine room and replacement of the crankshafts of the two ASL20/24 main engines and three AL20/24 Diesel generators.
Also the main boiler, most of the pumps and the starting compressors were replaced. The main switchboard and the entire control-measuring system with the remote control included were the subject of replacement. The hoisting deck crane had the entire electricity fully repaired. Also its magnetic brakes and all the ropes were replaced.
The equally difficult task was repair of the 100 ton deck crane on the K/S 100 .Zulfi Hajiyev. crane ship had built in Yugoslavia and owned by the Azerbaijan Shipowner KMNF in Baku.
The deck crane''s runner winch had been damaged. The winch had to be reproduced. The Shipowner did not have the documentation. The winch had been designed and made in Poland. The repair and of the remaining mechanisms was carried out under the supervision of the Polish specialists. The replacement of the main hydraulic power pack was executed in accordance with the project of the Bosch-Rexroth company engineers under the supervision of the Polish specialists.
Soon after a well executed repair of the am deck crane the company received from the same Shipowner the order for modernisation and rebuilding of the sister K/C 100 deck crane with the capacity 100 tons installed onboard of the 'Shirvan' ship.
The design of the modernisation was executed by the Bosch-Rexroth company engineers with the participation of the company's specialists. The scope of work included the replacement of the whole drivers and the pump units and replacement of the entire electrical system and electronic control-steering system. STr Shipping and Trading Sp. z o.o. arranged purchase of the equipment. Under supervision of own company.s specialists the assembly of the new plants and the repair of the remaining mechanisms were carried out.
